When we are alive, we breath. When breathing stops, that is when life on earth ends.
Breathing is an automatic mechanism for all. Simple yet powerful, sometimes this is taken by granted by many of us, until we start to face difficulty in breathing.
What is the reason for difficulty in breathing? It is a way our body is sending signal to us to inform us that something needs to be taken care of, on our physical body and mind.
Eating healthy, good amount of activities and mindful living helps us live happy and healthy life.
There are many different types of breathing exercise that we can practise to regulate and normalize our health.
When we breath in oxygen we also take in a lot of the universal energy. Our breathing is affected by our every thought and emotions. If we can consciously make a difference in our breathing patterns we can make a difference in our lives.
Intention in every breathing exercise is important. Avoid practising all these breathing techniques before two hours after meals. Avoid Rapid Breathing in case of high blood pressure or epistaxis(nose bleed).
