What is self-hypnosis and how can you use that for your healing journey?

When you define a condition, you are giving power and reason for it to manifest stronger and become more apparent. That is why, it is always best to understand your body and how to maneuver the elements within your body, to help you with your healing or transformation.
In order to start your self healing process, you must first be willing and ready to be healed.
Self-healing is about taking an active role in your own healing
We are born to be healthy, and its our birth right to be healthy and to be able to heal ourselves. Our cells and body heal and replace its cells every itself. Dead skin cells are constantly replaced by new skin cells. Like the obvious ones, is when how you have a cut, and within a few days, new skin grows and replace the old ones.
When we are able to take care of our body and mind well, we stay healthy.
Our body cells listen to our automated inner conversation that we subconsciously have, without even realizing it. What you tell yourself again and again, reiterated by confirmation, when repeated many times, becomes our believes.
When we embark onto self-healing, we take an active role in our healing process. This does not mean that one should stop and disregard modern medication totally. Things like going to your medical doctor, seeking therapy and taking medicine are still important in self-healing journey.
Pain/Ailment
Pain and ailments are caused when we have unresolved, buried emotions within our cells, that we need to address and let go, in order to be well again. When we take care of our body well physically and mentally, we stay healthy. But, what happens when we have pain or ailment, which does not seem to go away?
Healing
Healing takes place from within. That is why, when you start to take charge and embark into self-healing, taking an active role in your healing, the process becomes faster and more effective. Healing takes place faster and more effectively.
We can heal ourselves when we are able to tap inward, to find out what needs to be resolved in order to cure the condition. This can be carried out through meditation and hypnosis.
Meditation is a process where we take time to relax and journey inward to relax and heal our inner self.
Hypnosis is a state where one is very relaxed and calm and most information and details are being absorbed by the subconscious mind.
Hypnosis can be self-hypnosis or done via hypnotherapy where the session is guided by a hypnotherapist to help you achieve the purpose for your session.
Healing can take place via meditation, hypnosis or hypnotherapy.
What you tell yourself again and again, and re-iterate with results will eventually become your belief! Right?

Our Human Body is made up of 5 elements.
The human body is made up of 5 elements. Each element is responsible for different structures in the body. 72% water, 12% earth, 6% air, 4% fire and the rest is space/ether.
Usually, the percentages of the first four elements remain constant but the percentage of space/ether can be enhanced.
Water represents fluidity, adaptability and change. Earth represents solidity, stability and grounding. Fire represents energy, passion and transformation. Air represents movement,
expansion and communication while space/ether represents emptiness,
consciousness and intuition.
Earth, water and fire are tangible things that can be touched or seen as they exist as matter. Space and air are intangible yet they exist everywhere around us, even though we cannot see it. All five elements are equally important and interrelated.

Ahankara- identity or ego, nation, race, religion, the way you identify, the intellect will function to protect the identity. Intellect will function based on identity they take on. Hence, intellect is the slave of the identity you have taken on. Identities limit us from expanding our knowledge of the world. Cosmic identity allows one to see the world in different lenses, not limiting the ability to tap unto the cosmic or universal intelligence.

Chitta or pure intelligence is also believed to be space, nothingness, no memories, where it is not affected by any memories. This is also known as pure intelligence in the yogic world. It is free of memories. Memories is a boundary we have set. Free of memories allow free possibilities.

Even the air in the environment helps us with our healing. Most importantly, our breathing helps too. Breathing is one of the most important thing, is that we do and we just do that subconsciously, without even needing to think. But, focus on your breath and notice how you give and take whenever you breath. When you breath, you are breathing oxygen and breathing out carbon dioxide that the plants need, you give and take with the nature subconsciously.
You inhale air to help you oxygenate your body, helping you cleanse and you inhale any negativity or substance in your body that no longer serves you.
