1. EFT Tapping - Identify The Issue
You may have 101 pain, fear or anxiety, but for EFT Tapping, you have to firstly identify ONE to focus on. Focusing and narrowing down on one issue will enhance the results.
2. EFT Tapping - Identify The Intensity of the Pain, Fear or Anxiety
Once you have identify the issue, you can identify the intensity of the pain, fear or anxiety that you are focusing and healing on. 0 being least and 10 being the most. Rate you pain, fear or anxiety that you are working on.
3. EFT Tapping - Acknowledging and Accepting The Issue
Identify the EFT Tapping acknowledgement,
