Chakra Meditation & Healing

Root Chakra is located at the back of the spine and is represented by the colour red. Any crystals that are red or black helps us focus on the healing of the root chakra.

Sacral Chakra

Sacral Chakra is directly linked to our re-productive area and feeling for joy for the worldly pleasure on Earth.  It is also known as the sexual energy center of the body.  The most important reaction here is the re-production or pleasure area of our body.

Sacral Chakra is located slightly below the navel area of our body and is represented by the colour orange. Any crystals that are orange helps us focus on the healing of the root sacral chakra.

Solar Plexus Chakra

Solar Plexus Chakra is directly linked to our consciousness and control in our daily life.  It represents the pranik or energetic vibration of our consciousness. The most important reaction here is the control and when it is not balanced it is when we feel stress, anxiety, worry, frustration and fears.

Solar Plexus Chakra is located at our digestive or stomach area and is represented by the colour yellow. Any crystals that are yellow in colour helps us focus on the healing of the solar plexus chakra.

Heart Chakra

Heart Chakra is directly linked to love and acceptance of self and others It represents the heart and the love for life. The most important reaction here is the feeling of love and acceptance.

Heart Chakra is located on our heart area and is represented by the colour green. Any crystals that are green in colour helps us focus on the healing of the heart chakra.

Throat Chakra

Throat Chakra is directly linked to communication.  It represents our ability of communication and self expression. The most important reaction here is self believe, feeling of self worth and directly linked to our self esteem.

Throat Chakra is located at the center of our throat and is represented by the colour blue. Any crystals that are blue in colour helps us focus on the healing of the throat chakra.

Third Eye Chakra

Third Eye Chakra is directly linked to our sense of higher vision and intuition. It represents our ability align with our consciousness with good visions and implementations. The most important reaction here is intuition and visionary.

Third Eye Chakra is located at the center of the forehead, in between both of our eyes and is represented by the colour indigo.  Any crystals that are indigo or white in colour helps us focus on the healing of the third eye chakra.

Crown Chakra

Crown Chakra is directly linked to our spiritual connection with God or Higher Self. It represents our ability to align our consciousness as one with the universe. The most important reaction here is the awareness of oneness with the universe.

Crown Chakra is located a few inches above our scalp and is represented by the colour violet. Any crystals that are violet or white in colour helps us focus on the healing of the crown chakra.

Chakra Meditation & Healing

The healing of our body through chakra meditation and healing is a very powerful meditation for the healing of our physical, emotional or mental issues or imbalance. 

Spend ten minutes a day to balance and heal the 7 chakras of our body for healing and better quality of life.

Now, seated comfortably in a half lotus or lotus position, with your eyes closed, we shall start this 7 chakra meditation for cleansing, balancing and re-energising of your body, mind and soul. Visualise, imagine and sense the universal energies from Mother Earth coming from the bottom of the earth, grounding you to the earthly way.  The waves of energetic fields moving to your feet, moving all the way to your legs and to the back of your spine.

Your root chakra or your spine shining and throbbing with the red energetic light.  The red universal light surrounding your physical body, your spine shines with red universal light, sucking out any negative energies and fill the spaces with positive energies of the universe.  Feel your physical body energizes with positive red light. Cleansing, balancing and energising your root chakra.

Your sacral chakra or your below your navel shining and throbbing with the orange energetic light.  The orange universal light surrounding your physical body, shining and lighted up with orange universal light, sucking out any negative energies and fill the spaces with positive energies of the universe.  Feel your physical body energizes with positive orange light.  Cleansing, balancing and energising your sacral chakra.

Your solar plexus chakra or around your lower stomach area, shining and throbbing with the yellow energetic light.  The yellow universal light surrounding your physical body, shining and lighted up with yellow universal light, sucking out any negative energies and fill the spaces with positive energies of the universe.  Feel your physical body energizes with positive yellow light.  Cleansing, balancing and energising your solar plexus chakra.

Your heart chakra or around your center of your chest, shining and throbbing with the green energetic light.  The green universal light surrounding your physical body, shining and lighted up with green universal light, sucking out any negative energies and fill the spaces with positive energies of the universe.  Feel your physical body energizes with positive green light.  Cleansing, balancing and energising your heart chakra.

Your throat chakra or around your center of your throat, shining and throbbing with the bright blue energetic light.  The blue universal light surrounding your physical body, shining and lighted up with blue universal light, sucking out any negative energies and fill the spaces with positive energies of the universe.  Feel your physical body energizes with positive blue light.  Cleansing, balancing and energising your throat chakra.

Your third eye chakra or around your center of your forehead, in between your two eyes, shining and throbbing with the bright indigo energetic light.  The blue universal light surrounding your physical body, shining and lighted up with indigo universal light, sucking out any negative energies and fill the spaces with positive energies of the universe.  Feel your physical body energizes with positive indigo light.  Cleansing, balancing and energising your third eye chakra.

Your crown chakra, just above your head, shining and throbbing with the bright violet energetic light.  The violet universal light surrounding your physical body, shining and lighted up with violet universal light, sucking out any negative energies and fill the spaces with positive energies of the universe.  Feel your physical body energizes with positive violet light.  Cleansing, balancing and energising your crown chakra.

Now, visualise, sense and feel a bright white light coming from the universe shining down to your forehead, cleansing, balancing and re-energise your crown chakra, just above your head, your third eye chakra, around your forehead, in between your eyes, the while shining light of love from the universe, moving all the way to your throat chakra, your heart chakra, washing over your stomach to your solar plexus, followed by your sacral chakra , your root chakra all washes all the way down to your feet, and connecting and grounding you to mother earth.

Feel your physical body, your mind and soul cleansed, balanced and re-energised with the white shining light of the universe, the universal white light of love and peace.

Now, feeling the positive energies in your body, all your chakras cleansed, balanced, re-energized and closed.  Feel every part of your body healed and healthy.  The white universal light of love continues to heal your body, mind and soul throughout until you are fully balanced, cleansed and energized.  Feeling fully balanced, cleansed and re-energise you can relax and open your eyes as you go about re-healing and re-charging your body as you continue your day ahead.
