Let us explore a journey of unlearning pain. Pain is a way our body communicates with us. Pain can be physically or mental pain that we suffer. When we suffer long term pain, our body and mind is so used and comfortable with the pain we hold.

In the first place, we must find out what causes us the pain. If the pain is not done physically on purpose or by accident, we usually spend lots of medical fees to determine where the pain stems from. The problem that many people face is that, regardless of how much money or medical professionals were consulted or seek, one can still not able to detect the root cause of the pain. Many times, this undetected root cause allows the pain to prolong.
Going Back to Where The Pain First Started
It is believed that when we are put into a very relaxed mind, subconsciously, we are able to go back to the event when the first time the pain occur. Most of our memories are buried deep in our cells and when we are put into safe hypnotic state of mind, we allow our subconscious mind to discover the roots of where the pain comes from. Hypnotherapy allows one to be able to relax and go into deep relaxation. At this state, one is aware of what is happening around them and yet is in such deep relaxed state of mind, that it allows them to drift or be guided to a time they want. This is usually to the first time when this pain occur. This may seem unreal to many but to the person who is in hypnosis, they are accessing the past memories of what is real to them, that could have happen in the past. These buried memory cells, when tapped will bring them to the time and place where the first hurt or emotions of the pain occur.
During the hypnotherapy, when one is able to access the past memories of how the pain first formed. Pain is usually a form of built up, buried emotions that is trapped in our body. This pain calls for our attention to take care of it.
One can learnt what causes the pain, and from this knowledge, to allow the negative emotions go, as this emotions no longer serves them. One needs to acknowledge the hurt or pain and let it go in order to unlearn the pain one has.
