The pain and discomfort in our body and mind are usually caused by the negative emotions stored in our body due to some past events or experiences that have caused us to grief or feel sad or other negative emotions.
These emotions are stored in the subconscious mind and our cellular memories in our body. We can take steps to release these emotions and feelings so that we can feel healthy in body, mind and soul again.
Illnesses and discomfort are due to metaphysical reasons to how our body stored these negative emotions and feelings causing the discomfort and pain in our body and emotions. Our illnesses or discomfort are good ways our body communicate to us what needs to be addressed and released for us to feel good and whole again.
Follow these simple steps to release the emotions stored in your body to ease and heal your physical and emotional pain and condition.
- Sit still and relax.
- Focus on your inhaling and exhalation of your breathing for 3 to 5 minutes. Let the rhythm settle down and relax.
- Mentally and physically scan through every part of your cells; starting from the top of your head, face, neck, shoulders, hands, all the way to your upper back, middle back, lower back, thighs, knees, legs, feet and toes. Repeat this a few times till you can identify the discomfort areas.
- Focus on amplifying the pain in the specific areas and with your intention and breathing, exhale out the pain with each exhalation and inhale in healing energy to fill the void. Continue doing this till you feel the pain subside.
- Repeat 1 to 4 again until you feel good and satisfied with your exercise.
Do above daily for at least 21 days to see significant difference in the way you feel physically and mentally.
