Gratitude is an expression of appreciation or gratefulness. Gratitude is simple yet powerful. It has a powerful snowball effect and the main key to many good things to flow into your life. When you are in a state of gratefulness or thankfulness, you open the door to many of good things, people and event to flow into your life.

Practise Gratitude

Practising gratitude daily can help improve our mental health and relationships. Take time to appreciate the small things in your life. Small things are the important things in our life that we sometimes take for granted for. For example, our ability to breath, inhalation and exhalation gives us the opportunity to live life. It is so simple, at times we forgot how appreciative we are, to be able to breath easy and well. Simple things that makes our lives good are sometimes overseen as they are too simple, but take time to remember the power of these small things in our lives.
